We stand behind Affiliate Market Connect with a 30-day performance satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase access to the Service and, after genuinely working through the materials, you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of your one-time membership fee within 30 days of your original purchase.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund of the core membership fee if:

• Your purchase was made within the last 30 days.
• You request the refund through our support channel (see below).

The following are not covered by this guarantee:

• Fees you pay directly to third-party vendors you choose to use (such as web hosting, domain registration, autoresponder/email subscriptions, or paid traffic). Those purchases are governed by each vendor’s own refund terms.
• Optional Pro-tier upgrades, where a different offer terms applies, or any item explicitly marked non-refundable at the point of sale.
• Chargebacks filed with your bank or card issuer before contacting us — please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email our support desk at support@affiliatemarketconnect.com from the address associated with your purchase.
2. Include your order identifier (if any) and the email address used at checkout.
3. Tell us briefly what you found unsatisfactory so we can improve.

We will confirm receipt and process an approved refund to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and may take additional time beyond our processing window. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your transaction, unless a later version is required by law to apply.
